Development-stage scope
This website describes planned identity, credential and access-control architecture. Descriptions of verification, credentials, roles, KYC status, presence checks or wallet-linked identity do not mean those functions are currently approved or available in every jurisdiction.
No government identity
TVK ID does not replace a passport, national identity card, residence permit, government eID or other legally prescribed identification document.
Verification limits
A profile, wallet signature, credential, presence signal, biometric match or third-party KYC status is evidence within its stated source and assurance level. No single signal should be treated as conclusive proof of legal identity, authority, age, ownership or entitlement unless the applicable process expressly establishes that effect.
Acceptable use
You must not use TVK ID materials to impersonate others, fabricate credentials, bypass access controls, misrepresent verification status or assert governmental/regulatory approval that has not been granted.
Governing law
Subject to mandatory rights, these website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
